Ivan Dolac is situated 10 km from the town of Jelsa and is conected to the other side of the island by a 1400 metres long tunel. The village also has 140 houses, a conveniance store and a caffe bar.
Apartmans are situated nearby the main town street about a 100 meters from the sea where there are 2 beautiful pebble beaches Hidden among the pines is the estate covering about 1000 square metres with 16 parking spaces. On the estate is also a terace (90 m²) that has a seaview and a large grill, ideal for group lunches or dinners and evening entertainment with family and frends. Apartmens are on the ground floor and first and second floor.
